Mental Fitness Coaching

If you choose the Private Coaching or Group Coaching option, your coaching sessions will be delivered via Zoom (or Microsoft Teams if preferred).

As a Certified Mental Fitness Coach and licensed Training Provider, I, Dr Virpi Tervonen, will guide you through the Mental Fitness Programme and coach you on how to apply Mental Fitness approach in real life business and leadership situations.

Coaching sessions are held weekly during the first 7 weeks to match the Mental Fitness Programme cadence on the PQ® app. After that, sessions can continue weekly or shift to a bi-weekly rhythm, depending on your goals and schedule.

Private sessions are 60 minutes, and Group Coaching sessions are up to 90 minutes each. You'll receive an AI-generated summary of each session, capturing key insights, value points, and progress achieved. Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times, Monday to Thursday, between 7am and 4pm GMT.

How much time commitment is involved?

Participants of the 7-week Mental Fitness Programme will watch a 1-hour training video once per week, and practise for a combined total of 15 minutes per day. All programme lessons and guidance are delivered via the PQ® App exclusively designed for this programme.

This might sound like a lot of time. 

Cumulatively, the time required constitutes less than 1% of your awake time during the programme time.
